"Nope...didn't provide my kids' Social Security Numbers. SSN's were never intended to be used for personal identification. I see no need to give out private info."

Nascarmom:

"I will not provide this information. This information is provided on my Federal & State tax returns each year. I am not relying on someone else to do their job to ensure that my child's social security is not open for identity theft. How much is the government spending to collect this data?"

Brad Smith:

"If it filters out children who shouldn't be attending our schools, then I'm all for it."

Laura Keys Smith:

"No. And I don't plan to."

Julie Virdin Davies:

"Yes, however, unsure it is really necessary. Since the form being returned had a code vs. a name it made me feel a little better. If people fear giving it they need to remember those that really want it can get it through different means."

Pamela Huston Hohlbein:

"No and do not plan to give it either. They have a student id number already, the Social Security Number is not necessary in my opinion."

Paula Pisciotta Devine:

"No way big brother."

April Rose:

"Too intrusive, not necessary, and I am not giving it to them."
