High School Winter Sports Standings: Knights On Top in Basketball
Century and Liberty square off in basketball this week.
This week Liberty travels to Century on Tuesday for a boys/girls basketball doubleheader.
The Knights sit on top the standings for both events. The Century boys share the top spot with South Carroll as each squad is 9-1 in the county. The game gets underway at 5:30 p.m.
The Century girls also have a record of 9-1 in the county and have a two game lead in the standings. Last week, Liberty knocked off second place South Carroll and are 5-5 in the county. The girls take to the court at 7 p.m.

The county dual meet title will be decided Wednesday when Century travels to Winters Mill. The Falcons sit on top the county standings with a 6-0 record, while the Knights are 5-1.
Century, Liberty and South Carroll indoor track teams get on the bus Saturday for a trip to Hagerstown Community College for the Class 2A West regional championships. The event gets underway at 1 p.m.
