BARCS will be having a dog and cat adoption event at the Petco Halethorpe location, 3591 Washington Blvd, Halethorpe, MD 21227 on Saturday, February 20th from 12 pm until 3 pm. Come on out and find your new furever friend! We will have adoptable dogs and cats ready for their furever homes! Adoption fees are waived, $10.00 microchip fee and $10.00 city license fee (if applicable); Standard adoption procedures apply!
