Market Has Shifted

Spring is here and the Market Has Shifted.

My last two transactions have had multiple offers for purchase of homes.  Also there is less inventory out on the market to show to buyers right now.  This all mean it is turning more to a Sellers market.  

In the Howard County under $500.00 is now a Sellers market.  The times are starting to change.
