Bun-the-Bird Workouts: Bring a Can of Food - Work Out For FREE @Transcend Fitness and Performance Center - Support Our Troops

Transcend Fitness & Performance Center is Offering Burn-the Bird Workouts this Thanksgiving Season: Bring a can and workout for FREE

November 9, 2014 Hanover, MD - Transcend Fitness & Performance Center is opening its doors to the public and will offer select free classes coined “Burn-the-Bird” in exchange for one can of food per day, per person, on November 14th, 15th, and 17th.  All cans of food will be donated to the USO Food Pantry in Fort Meade.

“There is no better time for people to jumpstart your exercise regimen than during Thanksgiving!” said Mortez Sellers, owner of Transcend Fitness & Performance Center.  “The Burn-the-Bird workout will boost your metabolism to burn off all those extra calories we consume throughout the holiday season.  Why not honor your body by working out and give back to the troops - it’s a win-win situation.”

Transcend Fitness & Performance Center’s Burn-the-Bird workouts are open to individuals ages 16 and over (participants under 18 must have signed parent permission), on Friday, 11/14 @6:30 pm, Saturday 11/15 @9:00 am, @11:00 am, and @12:00 pm, and Monday, 11/17 @6:00 pm and @7:00 pm.  Advanced registration is required and can be done in person at Transcend Fitness & Performance Center (7466 New Ridge Road. Ste. 16. Hanover, MD 21076), via phone at 410-981-0000, or at www.transcendfp.com. Each workout is capped at 12 participants.
