I-95 South Reopens In Howard County After Crash: SHA
Interstate 95 was shut down near Montgomery Road due to an overturned vehicle, officials advised.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD - Interstate 95 was shut down near Elkridge due to an overturned vehicle, causing lane closures Monday night for more than an hour and a half.
All lanes of I-95 south were closed following the collision, which occurred after 6 p.m. and involved two vehicles, transportation officials said.
One car overturned on I-95 south in the area between the Montgomery Road overpass and the exit for MD 100, according to the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services.

At least one person was trapped, the department reported.
By 6:30 p.m., the Maryland State Highway Administration reported there was a 4-mile delay on I-95 south in the area of Montgomery Road. Drivers were advised to take alternate routes.

As of 7:45 p.m., all lanes had reopened, and state highway officials said the scene had cleared.
