Children of Elkridge are welcome to trick-or-treat at the Elkridge Senior Center.
There will be a parade at 10 a.m. and another at 11 a.m. Kids can come in costume and there will be goodies for all.
Following the parades will be a game of "spooky bingo" at 11:15 a.m.
