Fire In Elkridge Displaces 2 Children, 2 Adults: HoCo Fire And Rescue
BREAKING: Firefighters from three counties responded to the Memorial Day blaze off Old Washington Road.

ELKRIDGE, MD — Four people were displaced by a fire in Elkridge Monday evening, according to Howard County fire and rescue officials.
After 6 p.m., crews were handling an incident in the 6300 block of Merle Way, where flames from a shed fire had extended into the house.
Firefighters from Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties assisted Howard County personnel, setting up their equipment on Old Washington Road at Abel Street.

Fire investigators were called as a standard procedure to determine the cause and origin of the blaze.
Two adults and two children were displaced due to the fire, according to officials.

In a report at approximately 6:45 p.m., officials said that nobody was injured, and the situation had de-escalated.
