ELKRIDGE, MD - The Howard County Police Department is offering a $1,000 reward for information about a hit-and-run that injured a man in Elkridge on Halloween.

A white two-door Honda Accord with dark tinted windows was described as the suspect vehicle. The car lost its side mirror at the scene of the crash, which happened in the 8000 block of Green Tree Court in Elkridge.

Around 7:30 p.m. on Monday, the driver of the vehicle waited at the end of the court while a child went door-to-door trick or treating, police said.
