4 Trees On Fire On Folly Quarter Road: HCDFRS

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — A series of fires was reported on Folly Quarter Road Thursday morning, according to the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services.

Four trees were ablaze in the 12000 block of Folly Quarter Road, the department said in a statement after 11:30 a.m. There was also a small fire outside a house that authorities reported was snuffed out.

By 11:36 a.m., officials said the fire was out and nobody was injured.

Crews remained at the scene to make sure the fire had not spread.
