Humanim Unveils New Website

Humanim is pleased to announce that it has unveiled comprehensive, new website.  Humanim is a not-for-profit organization that was founded over forty years ago to provide services for individuals facing barriers to employment living within the Baltimore/Washington region.  Annually, the organization invests in the future of over 4,500 individuals by providing services within three focus areas: Workforce Development, Clinical Services, and Community Development.

This site, which went live at the end of October 2012, boasts:

  1. Enhanced navigation
  2. Improved and expanded search ability
  3. Multi-lingual capacity
  4. Current Humanim news
  5. Current job postings

Humanim’s new website offers valuable information for current and prospective clients with regard to the full spectrum of services offered by the organization.  In addition, the website highlights Humanim’svarious social enterprises, which include document management services (iScan), building deconstruction (DETAILS), and document and furniture storage and shredding (Harbor City Services).

According to Humanim President and CEO Henry Posko, “It is vital for Humanim to effectively communicate with our various stakeholders.  Our new website helps us to do so by offering essential information for jobseekers, while also educating others as to how they can help support the important work of our organization.”
