High's Store Held Up in Ellicott City: Police

The Rogers Avenue convenience store was robbed Thursday, Howard County police reported.

The High’s on Rogers Avenue in Ellicott City was held up early Thursday morning, according to police.

At approximately 12:02 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, two people entered the convenience store in the 3000 block of Rogers Avenue, one of them armed with a handgun, police said.

The pair took cash and cigarettes before leaving, police reported.

There were no injuries as a result of the robbery, according to the Howard County Police Department.

Anyone with information may submit an anonymous tip online through Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland.
