Come get your freshly baked breads, scones, pastries, cookies and more from The Stillwater Company bakery and while you’re at it, pick up a couple pounds of freshly roasted coffee from Bean Hollow at the Ellicott City Old Town Market this Saturday. Positioned side-by-side, The Stillwater Company and Bean Hollow are able to satisfy our market patrons’ tastebuds with their quality products! Imagine having some of Stillwater’s baked goods with coffee “brewed at home” with the bags of Bean Hollow freshly roasted whole bean or ground coffee that you’ve bought at the market… Mmmm-Mmmm!

• A newly established bakery by Owner and Chef Kimberly Brownlie, the Stillwater Co.’s mission is to provide quality breads, pastries, and sweets to the members of their community. Stillwater uses top quality ingredients, seasonal produce from local farmers, and buy organic whenever possible. All of the Stillwater Company’s products are hand crafted, made from scratch, and served to their customers within hours of being baked.
• Bean Hollow is offering 1 lb. and ½ lb. bags of their organic grown and Fair Trade Mexican and Sumatra coffee, as well as the Hollow Blend which is 50% Fair Trade and Organic grown.
