Ellicott City Restricts Parking on Main Street

In preparation for Midnight Madness, the Howard County Bureau of Highways announced that it will be cleaning the streets, sidewalks and parking lots in historic Ellicott City on Friday morning.

Parking will be prohibited on Main Street from Maryland Avenue to Ellicott Mills Drive, according to a statement from Howard County government.

The restriction is in effect from 4 to 10 a.m. on Friday, the statement said.

Midnight Madness begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5.
