Find comfort in this short-term group for anyone mourning the loss of a loved one. The group provides a supportive time to explore the process of mourning, coping strategies, and how to reconnect with life after loss.
The group meets during the day about 1.5 hours, once a week for eight weeks. The series incorporates resource materials and sharing as a way of moving through bereavement and beyond.
