Living Well with Diabetes is a six week evidence based program developed by Stanford University. Throughout the six weeks you will learn techinques to cope with the frustration, fatigue, pain and isolation often associated with diabetes. Also, learn exercises to maintain and improve strength, flexibility and endurance, and how to communicate more effectively with family friends, and health professionals.
