Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course

Ever thought about getting your Real Estate license. The Principles and Practices of Real Estate course meets all of the educational requirements for obtaining a real estate license in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and the District of Columbia. The course, instructors and the optional licensing exam preparation classes help students experience a high pass rate for the state exam. In addition to the basic class, we offer additional support services to help ensure the student's success. These support services include exam prep classes, additional support texts, interactive software and instructional audiotapes (some materials are at additonal cost). We also offer placement assistance for interested applicants.
