BREAKING: All fields except one type are closed, Howard County Public Schools reported.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Fields are closed — except for turf fields — at Howard County Public Schools Monday afternoon, school officials said.
Rain was in the forecast for central Maryland most of the day.
Some schools in Howard County had planned field day on Monday.
