Howard Bank's Reynolds Honored as Business Person of the Year
Elkton Branch Manager Tracy Reynolds has been recognized for her service to North East Chamber of Commerce and to the community.
Howard Bank Assistant Vice President Tracy Reynolds has been named Business Person of the Year by the North East Chamber of Commerce. Reynolds is Branch Manager of Howard Bank’s Elkton Branch in Cecil County. Reynolds is a member of the Board of Directors of the North East Chamber of Commerce and is in her second term as Treasurer. In naming her Business Person of the Year, the Chamber cited Reynolds for being a “great team player on the executive board” and noted that she “has been a shining example of what volunteerism means.”
