Korkosz is member of the Howard County Association of REALTORS®. He has more than twenty years of land use planning experience at the local and federal levels of government and has written plans for cities in Nevada and New Mexico. Korkosz he has been project manager for large land use projects like the second phase of the Venetian Hotel and Casino. He holds a Masters in Geography with an emphasis in Urban Planning from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Korkosz is also certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
