Lorien Assisted Living Names Victoria Rosier Regional Sales Director

ELLICOTT CITY, MD – March 3, 2026 Lorien Assisted Living, a family-owned assisted living and skilled nursing home company based in Maryland, announced today that Victoria Rosier has been promoted to Regional Assisted Living Sales Director.

Rosier will lead occupancy growth and sales strategy for all six Lorien assisted living communities. Her primary focus will also include promoting the services of Harmony Park; Lorien’s memory care unit which takes an innovative approach to caring for those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Rosier is no stranger to the memory care industry. In fact, while previously serving as Executive Director at Harmony Hall, Rosier identified a growing need for more comprehensive care for residents with cognitive impairment. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in dementia care, she brought the vision of Harmony Park to Lou Grimmel, Sr. Chief Executive Officer of Lorien Health Services. “Midway through her presentation, I already knew this was what Lorien needed. There was no hesitation to move forward with her concept.”

Rosier personally designed Harmony Park’s programming, daily structure, policies, and procedures—work that ultimately helped the program earn Purple Flag certification, making it the first Purple Flag–certified memory care program in Maryland.

“Victoria brings together sales strategy and a deep passion for resident-centered care,” said Grimmel. “Her passion has already strengthened Harmony Hall and led to the successful creation of Harmony Park. Outside of her professional role, Rosier is involved in Alzheimer’s advocacy. She will be a dancer in the 2026 Alzheimer’s Association Memory Ball and serves on Walk to End Alzheimer’s committees in Howard and Harford counties, helping raise awareness and funds for dementia research and support.

Rosier began her career in senior living at age 17 as a dining server, an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for elder care. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from the Community College of Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus
