MARYLAND — Many families are still planning to hand out goods and take kids trick-or-treating this Halloween around Maryland. The coronavirus pandemic has meant some celebrations have been canceled or scaled back, but you can still take the kids to pumpkin patches and check ghoulishly decorated yards.
