Columbia, MD: Mosquitos: Resident Workshop and Information Session; June 23, 2016

Are you concerned about mosquitos in your neighborhood? The Oakland Mills Community Association (OMCA) and the Columbia Association will be hosting a “Combating Mosquitoes – Resident Workshop and Information Session” on June 23rd from 7-8:30pm at The Other Barn, 5851 Robert Oliver Place. Residents will learn some interesting facts about mosquitoes and how to combat mosquito breeding in their neighborhood. Attendees will also make trap to capture adult mosquitoes in their yard! In addition, a representative from the Howard County Health Department will be present to discuss Zika virus awarenesss. This workshop is FREE and open to all.
