Native Marylander serving Baltimore and Howard counties for Ellicott City firm.

A native to Maryland, Aylward is member of the Howard County Association of REALTORS®. Prior to joining real estate he worked in the sales, marketing and customer service areas of a variety of industries in Asia, primarily China, including: clinical information systems, telecommunications services, software systems, consumer packaging and sourcing supply chain logistics. He and his wife Natalie, who recently celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary, have two children; Wendy-Marie and Nicholas.
