Project SEARCH Class Completes Internships
Youth with developmental disabilities learn skills in county government offices

The first class of Project SEARCH interns has completed its assignments in county government offices. The Project SEARCH initiative supports employment skills and opportunities for youth with disabilities. It is partnership of the Howard County Public School System, The Arc of Howard County, the Howard County Autism Society and the Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services.
Among those celebrating the completion of the internship program were (from l.) Beatty and Project SEARCH Program Manager Kim McKay of The Arc of Howard County.
