Women's Giving Circle Annual Meeting Is May 4

The Women’s Giving Circle (WGC), a fund of the Community Foundation of Howard County, will host its Annual Meeting on Monday, May 4, from 4:30-6:30p.m., at Kahler Hall, Harper’s Choice Village Center in Columbia.

The keynote address will be made by Jennifer Bodensiek, President of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. WGC recently awarded $80,000 to Junior Achievement of Central Maryland to create an entrepreneurship and leadership experience for young women.

In addition, attendees will hear from Cherise Perry, who facilitates The Arc of Howard County’s Women’s Relationship Group, which receives funding from WGC.

The Annual Meeting will include an update on current activities and a discussion of what is ahead. Light refreshments from Michelle’s Kitchen and wine from The Wine Bin will be served.
