Baltimore County Residents Lend a Hand: Reader Stories
We asked Patch Readers if they've seen any good deeds during "Snowzilla." Here are some warming stories about your helpful neighbors.

PERRY HALL, MD—With over two feet of snow covering Baltimore County in some places and plows working overtime, it would be easy to lock your doors, close the curtains and ride out the storm, but some outstanding residents are stepping out to lend their neighbors a hand.

We asked Patch Readers if they’ve noticed any snow-melting acts of kindness in their neighborhoods. These are their stories:
- “My husband does his best to snow blow all around our little six-house court. We have two elderly ladies whom we help shovel out each snow, as well.”
- “Police officer found an elderly man blocks from his house, freezing and could barely walk. He pretty much carried him 3 blocks before others could help him the rest of the way.”
- “Yes, the man up the street took his snow blower and came up the entire block!!! He rocks!!!!”
