Hi everyone! I'm Amber, baking super soft, fluffy Hokkaido (Japanese) milk bread from my kitchen, fresh to order in the White Marsh / 21162 area.

For those who don't know, Japanese milk bread is a soft white bread made using a technique called tangzhong. It was introduced widely after World War II and it's one of my favorite types of bread to make! It's super soft, light and buttery, and I think it smells the absolute best lol. It's great for sandwiches, or just as a vessel for honey, cheese, and they make GREAT dinner rolls!!

I can also do custom flavors and rolls on request: pumpkin, cinnamon, chocolate, garlic & herb, and more — just ask! (Will incur extra cost due to more ingredients used)
