Missing Woman May Be Danger To Self: Baltimore County Police

Have you seen Shelia Renee Hunt? She has a lizard tattoo on her forearm, police said.

ESSEX, MD — Officials are asking for help locating a woman who allegedly tried to harm herself Sunday and has not been heard from since.

Shelia Renee Hunt, 44, was last seen at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Sunday wearing a gray t-shirt and black leggings in the 11000 block of Eastern Avenue near Essex, police said.

"Shelia Hunt reportedly made an attempt to harm herself just prior to her disappearance," the Baltimore County Police Department said in a statement on Monday. "Police are concerned for her well-being and Essex precinct officers continue to search for her..."

She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and approximately 215 pounds with black shoulder-length hair, brown eyes and a lizard tattoo on her forearm.
