Wee-Cycle Mart Keeps Down the Cost of Growing Up

Business owned by Middle River woman offers "like new" items for maternity, baby, kids and teens at a great price.

In this economy, with many people on an extremely tight budget, what could be better than a way to find quality clothing, books, toys, infant necessities,  maternity items and more?

Four special events will be sponsored this year by Wee-Cycle Mart,  a company owned by Middle River resident Blaney Spinelli, who you may know as “Ms. Stamping-Up.” Spinelli contracts with very large spaces to host these events where they will be most convenient to various communities.  The Baltimore event will take place this weekend, Feb. 25-27, in the Old Scan Store (next to Chipotle), located at 1830 York Road in Timonium.  Admission is $2 or $1 and a bag of non-perishable food  for some of the best bargains in town.

For days, Spinelli and crew will set up all the items that will be offered for sale.  These items range from:

Video testimonials give a brief view of what you can expect to see at this event, as well as some of the wonderful deals.  All items are “like new,” guaranteed to be in good, clean, usable condition. Some items are classified as “Boutique Brand,” and will be displayed separately from other racks. Be sure to ask a staffer for details.

 Be sure to note that vendors and consignors get to shop early on Thursday.  The Mart is open to the public on Friday, Feb. 25 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with free child care available while you shop; also open Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Consigners may pick up on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m.
