Asbury Methodist Village Names New Executive Director

Asbury Methodist Village is undergoing a leadership change, according to an email sent Wednesday from Doug Leidig, Asbury Communities chief operating officer, to the Asbury community.

Henry Moehring has replaced Executive Director David Denton, effective immediately, Leidig said in the email.

Moehring has served as the Associate Executive Director of Asbury Methodist Village for the last six years.

"In the coming days and weeks, Henry will be meeting with residents, associates and other friends of Asbury Methodist Village," Leidig wrote in the email. "As many of you know, Henry is a warm, caring gentleman who has a long-standing commitment to Asbury and Asbury Methodist Village. Henry has deeply rooted values as a servant leader, and he is committed to strengthening relationships with residents and associates."

During the transitional months Moehring will be supported directly by Deputy Chief Operating Officer Sue DaCamara and Melissa Hadley, who has served as executive director in Asbury communities since 2003, and recently became a regional director of operations, according to the email.
