Officials host the annual "Germantown Glory" fireworks display at the South Germantown Recreational Park in Boyds from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The celebration will include live music featuring the Central City Orchestra. Fireworks start at 9:15 p.m., unless weather conditions prompt a delay.
County organizers say lawn chairs, blankets and coolers are welcome, and that food vendors will be at the location.
No pets, alcoholic beverages, or smoking are permitted.
