Dogs Rescued from Gaithersburg House Fire

GAITHERSBURG, MD — No injuries were reported in a Gaithersburg house fire Wednesday afternoon, although two dogs had to be rescued from the scene.

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services spokesperson Pete Piringer said on Twitter that the fire is out in the two-story house at 7 Quantum Place.

Fire was reported on the home’s second floor and attic.

The residents were not home at the time of the fire.
