Sliced potatoes on a bed of lettuce topped with a mildly spicy
cheese sauce; garnished wi slice hard-boiled eggs and olive.

Peruvian specialty of mash potatoes, stuffed with seasoned chicken

Typical corn tamale with chicken, served with Creole sauce

MAIN COURSE

Succulent marinated beef sautéed in olive oil, red onions and
tossed with ripe tomatoes, French fries. Served with rice

Fresh boneless grilled chicken, sauteed in wine and mushroom

The cost is $30.00 per person and all proceeds will benefit the Hispanic Alliance for Education Scholarship Fund. Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be sold at the door.
