Independent Bookstore Hosts Grand Opening Events
The Paper Heart, a new independent bookstore in the Kentlands area, is hosting grand opening festivities that run through the weekend.
GAITHERSBURG, MD — A new independent bookstore in the Kentlands community is hosting a series of grand opening events through the weekend.
The Paper Heart recently opened in Gaithersburg, on the second floor at 200 Main St. Its entrance is located directly next to the Grilled Oyster Co.
This weekend, the store will be holding events that include story times, craft sessions, a game night and even a journaling club.

Events are scheduled to kick off on Saturday at 11 a.m. and run through 8 p.m., with festivities resuming on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The store is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Come Sunday, doors stay open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Paper Heart is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
