UPDATE: Gaithersburg Girl Last Seen Near School Has Been Found
Fourteen-year-old Flor Maria Peguero, who was last seen Oct. 2 near Lakelands Park Middle School, has been found.
GAITHERSBURG, MD — In a Wednesday afternoon update, Montgomery County officials say Flor Maria Peguero has been located and is safe.
(Original post) GAITHERSBURG, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing Gaithersburg teenager.
Flor Maria Peguero, 14, of Muddy Branch Road, was last seen at approximately 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, in the area of Lakelands Park Middle School (1200 Main St.).

Investigators describe Maria Peguero as a 5-foot-2, 120-pound Hispanic female with brown eyes and long black hair.
Family and police are concerned for her wellbeing.
