Police: Family Worried About Missing Gaithersburg Child's Welfare
Police and family members are worried about the welfare of a Gaithersburg mother and her young daughter. They're asking for the public's help in locating the pair.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department are asking for the public’s help to locate a Gaithersburg mother and her daughter who have been missing for three weeks.
Police and family members are concerned for Shania Hall’s emotional and physical well-being and are concerned for the welfare of the child.
Shania Zannette Hall, 19, and her two-year-old daughter, Bailey White, left home three weeks ago, and reported missing to police on Monday.

Hall is described as a black woman, 5’08” tall, 135 pounds, with black eyes and black hair. Bailey is described as a black girl, 1’06”, 20 pounds, with brown hair. Bailey was last seen wearing a pink jacket, purple tank top, dark blue jeans, and pink shoes.
Hall has texted a family member stating that she and the child are OK, police said, but family members have not seen her and do not know her whereabouts.
