Police: Nephew Suspect in Gaithersburg Man's Death
An uncle and his nephew lived together; the uncle died of a stab wound, police say.
Montgomery County Police have arrested a Gaithersburg homicide victim’s nephew in a fatal stabbing that occurred happened Saturday in the 24100 block of Pecan Grove Lane in Gaithersburg.
According to the Twitter account of the Montgomery County Police Department, the suspect is the 19-year-old nephew of the victem. The suspect was arrested at the scene. The uncle -- the victim in the case -- and his nephew lived together at the residence.
Police received a report of a stabbing at 4:57 p.m. Saturday.

The victim, a 55-year-old man, was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries. Police have not identified the victim or the motive in this case.
