Police: Woman Found Dead, Suspect in Custody

A woman is dead and a suspect is in custody, according to Montgomery County Police. The death is being investigated as a homicide.

At 10:34 a.m., officers arrived at a home in the 18300 block of Hallmark Way regarding a suspicious incident. They discovered the body of a 47-year-old Gaithersburg woman.

“Preliminarily, detectives are investigating this suspicious death as a homicide,” states a release, noting that a suspect is in custody.
