Residents Rescued In Gaithersburg Apartment Fire
Several people have been rescued from an apartment fire in Gaithersburg Friday afternoon.

GAITHERSBURG, MD โ Several people have been rescued from a three-story apartment fire in Gaithersburg Friday afternoon, according to Montgomery County fire officials. No serious injuries have been reported, however some residents were taken to hospital for smoke inhalation and minor injuries.

About 100 firefighters responded to 200 Sunny Brook Terrace around 1:30 p.m. and found "heavy fire showing," Pete Piringer, a spokesman for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services, said.
