Rockville Man Dies in Single-Car Crash

The accident happened Sunday afternoon; the medical examiner has ruled the victim died of accidental injuries.

Authorities have released the name of a Rockville man killed in a single-car crash on Aug. 23, which has been deemed an accident.

Montgomery County Police say Arthur Levine, 67, of the 300 block of Bradley Avenue in Rockville died Sunday afternoon in a crash near Gruenther Avenue and McAuliffe Drive. Investigators say Levine’s Toyota Avalon left the roadway, struck a fence, and then struck a tree.

Levine was taken to Suburban Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police believe he may have suffered a medical event before the collision. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has ruled the manner of death to be accidental from multiple Injuries suffered in the crash.
