Santa Visits With Gaithersburg Kids At Museum
Santa will visit with Gaithersburg kids Dec. 9 in the caboose at the Community Museum.
From the City of Gaithersburg: The Gaithersburg Community Museum invites train lovers of all ages to “All Aboard with Santa” on Saturday, December 9, 2017, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Admission is $10 per child, $5 adults.
Children can enjoy fresh baked cookies and hot chocolate while the adults sip tea or coffee in the 1884 Railroad Station. Visit with Santa in the caboose (bring your own camera), view vintage model train cars, watch vintage shorts, make holiday crafts, and read holiday stories.
Space is limited; advance ticket purchase is required. Purchase tickets online here or in person at the Museum.
The Gaithersburg Community Museum is located at 9 South Summit Avenue. Regular museum hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with additional hours by appointment.
