Montgomery County Police call the men's actions suspicious; the girls took out a cell phone and ran away.

Two girls ran from two men in a van who acted suspiciously toward the girls as they walked near a Gaithersburg school Saturday afternoon, authorities say.

The Montgomery County Police Department is currently investigating the report the encounter that took place just before 5 p.m. Saturday in the Flower Hill neighborhood of Gaithersburg. Two girls, ages 11 and 15, were walking on the sidewalk near Flower Hill Elementary School, 18425 Flower Hill Way. A white work van approached the girls.

The van then stopped in the roadway and the driver -- a white man believed to be in his 30s and wearing a white T-shirt -- called out to them and blew kisses toward them, police say. The girls continued to walk and then heard the door on the opposite side of the van slide open. A second man got out of the vehicle and walked toward the girls.
