Vian's Paintings & Art classes at The Gaithersburg Arts Barn

Art instructor Vian Borchert has many of her paintings on exhibit at "The Faculty Exhibit" currently on view at the Gaithersburg Arts Barn.

Acclaimed artist and art instructor Vian Borchert currently has six of her paintings on exhibit at the “Faculty Exhibition” at the Gaithersburg Arts Barn where the artist also teaches art classes for adults starting this Fall in mid September.

The current “Faculty Exhibition” is a wonderful exhibit showcasing the artwork of the Gaithersburg Arts Barn / Gaithersburg Arts on the Green instructors. The Exhibit is currently ongoing, and will be on display till Oct. 4, 2015.

There will be a Reception and Open house on Tuesday Sept. 8 from 7 - 8:30 PM where art instructor Vian Borchert will do a demo. in drawing and Painting. Free and Open to the public.

The Gaithersburg Arts Barn Gallery is located at:

311 Kent Square Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878

Hours of the Gallery are: Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 5 PM. Saturday from 1:30 - 5:30 PM. Closed on Sunday.

Also, here is a list of the Art classes that instructor Vian Borchert will be offering in the Fall at the Gaithersburg Arts Barn. All levels of experience are welcome to these classes. For ages 14 and up.

Two morning classes in Painting and Drawing:

Acrylic Painting - Course # 42345 Tuesday mornings from 10 AM - 12 PM starting 9/22 - 10/27

Drawing - Course # 42327 - Wednesday mornings from 10 AM - 12 PM starting 9/16 - 10/28

Evening Class:

Mixed Media - Course #: 42654 - Wednesday evenings from 7 - 9 PM starting 9/16-10/28
