(Updated): 78-Year-Old Man Missing From Germantown Found Safe

(Updated 10:05 a.m. Thursday): GERMANTOWN, MD - Huu Banh has been located and is being reunited with family, Montgomery County Police said Wednesday night.

The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 78-year-old Germantown man.

A Silver Alert has been activated for Huu Banh of Watercress Circle in Germantown. Banh was last seen at about 7 a.m. Tuesday, March 21 at his residence. He is driving a silver 2001 Honda Civic with Maryland tag: HTD625, police said.

Police describe Banh as an Asian male standing 5-foot-1 and weighing about 125 pounds. He has brown eyes, grey hair and wears glasses.

Police and family are concerned for Banh’s physical well-being.

Anyone with information regarding Banh’s whereabouts or anyone who sees his vehicle is asked to call 911.
