Beers & Cheers 11th Anniversary Bash

Mark your calendars and come celebrate Beers & Cheers' 11th birthday!  On this special occasion, we will be tasting many different beers and wines.

The beer tasting will feature the Fat Tire Amber Ale from New Belgium Brewing, which until recently was unavailable in Montgomery County. Belgian beers use a far broader palette of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English styles. Fat Tire has won fans with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness.

We also will be tasting the new Angry Orchard Ciders by Sam Adams.

Also on hand will be two long time friends of Beers & Cheers, Ken Loran and John Bowles.  With Ken, we will be tasting some special Spanish and South American wines; Ken also will be providing an excellent price on a top-notch Spanish selection.  John will providing tastings on a number of fine wines, featuring the James Mitchell Caberet Savignon.

Also snacks and a few surprises too.
