Four Shot At Plum Gar Rec Center, 14-Year-Old Charged: Police
Montgomery County Police said there was a shooting at Plum Gar Rec Center Wednesday. One person was killed and three more were injured.

GERMANTOWN, MD — A 20-year-old was killed at a shooting at the Plum Gar Rec Center basketball court Wednesday night, Montgomery County Police said. Axel Trejos was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Three other people were shot and taken to the hospital— all were juveniles, police said.
Shilen Wylie, 14, was charged as an adult with a count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder, police said Thursday. In Maryland, there are several crimes that automatically charges youths 14 and older as adults — first degree murder is one of them.
Another boy was taken into custody but has not been charged, police said.
