UPDATE: Missing Germantown Woman Located
Police asked for the public's help finding Valerie Jaunice Bennett on Tuesday morning.

(Updated 3 p.m.) A Germantown woman who was reported missing Tuesday morning has been located, Montgomery County Police said.
Valerie Jaunice Bennett, 23, was reported missing by family members, who said they hadn't seen her since Monday evening.

(Original) Montgomery County Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 23-year-old Germantown woman.
Valerie Jaunice Bennett, of the 11400 block of Appledowre Way, was last seen 5 p.m. Monday, on a bus headed toward Lakeforest Mall.

Police and family are concerned for her well-being.
Bennett is described as an African-American female, approximately 5’7” tall and weighing 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue or brown jeans, and black and purple Nike sneakers.
