GERMANTOWN, MD — A 27-year-old man has been arrested after police say he killed another man behind a hotel in Germantown, authorities announced Wednesday.

On Tuesday, Noble was arrested and charged with obstructing and hindering an investigation, providing a false statement to a police officer, and rogue and vagabond (person is inside a motor vehicle with the intent to steal it or any property left inside), according to court documents.
He is currently being held without bond.
Arias' family has set up a GoFundMe page to help cover funeral costs and travel expenses.
As of 5:33 p.m. on Wednesday, the family has raised $2,585. Their goal is to raise $10,000.
According to the page, Arias was a father of five.

"Have you ever met someone that despite their own struggles always thought about others? That was Efrain, he always wanted to make people laugh," the Arias family said in a statement to Patch. "He was always looking for ways to make people smile. He was a free spirit that wanted to live life to the fullest. Even through his own life stressors, he made time to reach out to his family with quick reminders of the love he held for them. He was full of love and he'll be missed!"
