GERMANTOWN, MD--Moderation is key. While one bank is helpful, six is just a waste of space, and Patch Readers agree that any crime is too much crime.

- βToo many low-quality national chain and fast food restaurants, too little healthy options... and not enough better quality businesses of value at the Town Center. Several empty spaces for lease that come and go. Also,we do not need a Panda Express. Black Rock center and reno of library was a great start.β
